- 1/2 cup oats
- 4 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. plain (non fat) Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 1/8 tsp. PURE vanillapinch of Stevia
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine oats, egg whites, yogurt, milk, almonds, vanilla, and sweetener. Pour into a larger cereal sized glass oven safe dish coated with coconut oil spray. Add blueberries on top. If desired, add 1 extra Tbsp. of sliced almonds on top. Set dish on flat sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes.
