I made it to 123.4 lbs!!!! Just in time to enjoy eating a Thanksgiving dinner, and thinking of all the things I’m grateful for. I am grateful for you (Melody)! You helped me take the fear out of eating and I feel so much better without that spare tire around my waist! Thank you for all your help!
