Servings: one dozen cookies
In a bowl thoroughly mix:
- 1/3 Cup of Bobs Red Mill oat flour
- 1/3 Cup of oats
- 1 Whole egg
- 2 Scoops of Vega (Vanilla) protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. of creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Steviaa little salt and vanilla extract
Bake: 325 degrees for 10-12 min. and let cool
