Creamy vanilla Greek yogurt is topped with banana slices and melted peanut butter to create this fun and easy protein-packed breakfast
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Chobani
- 0% fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3 oz. of sliced bananas
- 1/2 Tbsp of slightly melted or room temperature creamy peanut butter (Sprinkle lightly with flax seed meal and or nutmeg)
Preparation:
- Place yogurt in a bowl and top with banana slices
- Melt peanut butter for a few seconds or use at room temperature and drizzle on the bananas
- Sprinkle with flax seed meal and ground nutmeg to serve.
