Keto Bread low carb/gluten free

In a bowl beat 7 whole eggs for 1-2 minutes then add 1/2 Cup of unsalted organic butter and 2 Tbsp. of Coconut oil, mixing well.

Slowly pour in 2 Cups of organic almond flour, 2 Tsp. of baking powder, and 2 Tsp. of Xanthan gum while mixing well.

Level the top and pour into a lined loaf pan and bake at 355 degrees for 45 minutes then let cool.

Makes 15 slices
