Makes 2 pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 Cup of know foods pancake mix
  • 1/2 Cup of egg whites Instructions Blend your pancake mix with egg whites.

Spray a small skillet with oil and put on medium heat Pour half of your mixture into the pan and let brown lightly before flipping Immediately remove pan from heat and let the pancake finish cooking on its own.
