Ingredients:
- 1/2 of a banana
- 1 Tbs. of organic cacao nibs
- 1 Tbs. of hemp seeds, ground
- 1/2 Cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 tsp. of very finely ground coffee beans
- 1/8 Cup cashews (about 10 nuts) soaked in water for at least 6 hours
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
**The kick from the caffeine plus the balance of carbs and protein make this a great smoothie for drinking an hour or two before workouts.
